OFFREADS is currently in a pre-launch state. We are not actively accepting payments, and therefore, no refunds are applicable at this time.

2. Digital Goods Policy (Post-Launch)

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access upon delivery, our standard policy for completed digital purchases will be clearly outlined upon the official launch. Generally, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

3. Exceptions

If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing a purchased collection, our support team will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a manual delivery.
