For orders selecting the physical USB Drive format option, we compile, test, and ship your files on premium physical flash media.

Order Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days.
Transit & Delivery Time: Deliveries take between 8 to 20 business days to reach destinations worldwide. Tracked shipping is provided for all parcels.
Shipping Cost: Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide.

2. Return Policy (Physical USB Flash Drives)

We accept returns for physical USB flash drives within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window: You must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: The USB drive must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned drive, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Digital Goods Refund Policy

For digital downloads, we offer a 30-Day Zero-Friction Refund Policy if you experience technical issues preventing access or find the curation does not meet your reference needs.

4. Defective or Damaged Drives

If your physical USB drive arrives damaged or fails to read due to manufacturing defects, we will ship a replacement drive immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund upon verification.
